On Tuesday, April 9, 2024, our dear, sweet, love was plucked from his Earthly Home to dwell in his eternal Rest with our Lord and Savior.

Terrance Antonio Wilson, also affectionally known as “Woody Wood,” was born on August 27, 1988 to Woodrow Wilson, Jr. and formally Rosie Lee Wilson (Farr).

Terrance confessed a hope and love in Christ. He accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age. He was baptized at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church, Helena, Arkansas under the leadership of the late Reverend Dr. P.L. Perkins, who affectionally called him, “Some Day.”

Terrance graduated from Central High School in 2006. He continued his education and later graduated from Phillips Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and also acquired his Child Development Associate Certification (CDAC). He was employed by Rosie and Jackie’s Preschool/Kiddie Kollege from 2009-2014. He also acquired his CDL certification in 2022 and pursued truck driving across the country. Terrance being crafty, worked in many other capacities, which included: lawn care, minor house repairs, painting, caring for elders and neighbors just to name a few.

One of the biggest highlights of his life was the birth of his daughter Symiah Wilson, and spending quality time with his family. His undying love for his mother and his availability to always assist others, unselfishly, was a true testament of his character. Terrance was a quiet soul, to know him was to love him. He rarely said, “No,” and was always willing to roll up his sleeves to help. There was no stranger to Terrance. When asked why he worked so hard to help others, he would always respond… “that’s how I get my blessings.” His smile and personality would outshine the brightest star!

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents; J.B. (Minnie) Linzy, his paternal grandparents; Woodrow Wilson, Willie Mae Craig, two uncles; Steve Linzy, Roy Wilson, and an aunt; Hattie Linzy.

He was plucked from this Earthly Home to soon! Although, we understand that God had written his story before conception, and there are no failed chapters in God’s Books our love and emptiness can not be measured. No words can express our love. His memory will live on through his father; Woodrow Wilson Jr. (Shelia Davidson), mother; Rosie (John) Farr both of Helena AR, one daughter; Symiah Wilson of Clarksville TN, four brothers; Frederick (Tara) Wilson of Jackson TN, Michael Wilson of Helena AR, Woodrow (Sherie)Wilson, III of Jonesboro AR, Jeremy Farr of Colony TX, four sisters; Jacqueline Mills, Roshaun Farr both of Helena AR, Keisha Wilson, Dana Wilson both of Jonesboro AR, uncles; J.B. (Belinda) Linzy of Waukegan IL, Johnny (Cornelious) Linzy, Leslie Wilson of Helena AR,  aunts; Blanche Duke Murphy, Johnny O’Shipitan, John Ella Williams, Beatrice Farr all of Chicago IL, Earline (Randy) Giles, Adline Chandler, Debra Wilson all of Helena AR, Patricia Smith, Jackie Strong both of Jonesboro AR, Carolyn Farr of Little Rock AR, Joann Farr of Marvell AR, a love and confidante that was dear to his heart; Schrell Crockett, special friends; Antwaun Sanders Sr. of Jonesboro AR, Bill Smith of Colt AR, and a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends that will miss Terrance as each moment passes. We love you and miss you very much.
