Visitation will be held Friday, December 22, 2023 at Jackson - Highley Funeral Home Chapel, West Helena Arkansas from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held Saturday, December 23, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at First Missionary Baptist Church, 125 North Coanza, West Helena Arkansas. Interment will follow immediately at Jackson Memorial Cemetery, Lexa Arkansas. We will follow CDC guidelines:  mask, hand sanitizer, and the social distance standard of 6ft apart. Mr. Sheard's service may be viewed live through ZOOM. Tyler De’Andre Sheard, Sr., son of Glenda Sheard was born May 12, 1999 in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Tyler accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior at an early age at First Missionary Baptist Church, West Helena Arkansas under the leadership of Reverend Dr. Nathaniel Hull, Sr.

Tyler received his formal education in the Helena – West Helena School District. He was a proud graduate of Central High School Class of 2017. He attended Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas prior to entering the workforce as a Fireman with the Helena -West Helena Fire Department. In 2019, he entered into the United States Army Reverses, honoring his call to duty. He later became a Correctional Officer, Certified Nurse’s Assistant, Security Guard, Commercial Truck Driver and lastly a Disk Jockey.

Tyler was united in Holy Matrimony to Latoya Nickles on July 22, 2020. To this union one child was born and a bonus of three sons was gained.

Tyler enjoyed playing drums and singing. He used his talents in the service of the Lord.

Tyler had a beautiful spirit and was a mentor to so many young people. He always had the best advice and would go without so that someone else could have.

Tyler departed this earthly life, receiving his heavenly reward on December 9, 2023.

Tyler was preceded in death by his father, grandfather, and many more relatives.

Tyler leaves to cherish his memory his mother; Glenda Sheard, a wife; Latoya Nickles-Sheard, children; Amaree Sheard, Tyler Sheard, Jr, Andrew Williams, Keshun Williams, Jay’len Walker, siblings; Jason (Dacia) Kemp, Beverly (Demetriss) Vincent, LaCamra Sheard-Perry, ShiWanda Sheard, Amayia Kemp, Angela Eaton, Rodney (Vivian) Perry, Tammy Foreman, Earl Perry, Jr., Vivian (Oscar) Hoskins, a grandmother; Alma Taper, a honorary Paw Paw; Walter Miller, a “Mammy;” Wanda Crockett and a host of other siblings, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
