Visitation will be held Saturday, August 12, 2023 at St. Luke Church of God in Christ, 400 Lee Street, Elaine Arkansas from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Funeral Service will promptly began at 2:00 p.m. at St. Luke Church of God in Christ, 400 Lee Street, Elaine Arkansas. Interment will follow immediately at Morning Star Cemetery, Elaine Arkansas. We will follow CDC guidelines:  mask, hand sanitizer, and the social distance standard of 6ft apart. Ms. Dorcus LaSharon Dunlap was born to the late Charles Dunlap and Lenora Kemp German on April 10, 1974, in Elaine, Arkansas.

Dorcus accepted Christ at an early age and attended St. Luke Church of God in Christ. She later moved from her birth city to Little Rock. She was a God-fearing woman who loved,
honored, and acknowledged her Savior.

Dorcus started working in her community and became a caregiver. Not only was being a caregiver her occupation, but it was her passion. She was a caregiver for numerous years until her health declined.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Dunlap and Lenora Kemp German, her siblings, Eric L. Dunlap Sr., Shunreka Dunlap and Beverly Dunlap-Caldwell, her grandmothers, Geraldine German and Sarah Bobo, and grandfathers, George Kemp and Sidney Dunlap.

Dorcus leaves to cherish her memories: her children; Kalibra Flowers and Shawn Flowers Jr. of Benton, AR, her siblings; Constance Jackson, Amanda (Kenneth) Ogbolankwo, Patrick
Kemp, Monteia (Jeremy) Dobbins, and Ashanta Dunlap all of Little Rock, AR, Sharon (Benjamin) Mureka of West Helena, AR, Walter Lee (Connie) Dunlap of Memphis, TN, Sandra Dunlap and Kwanna Dunlap of Dallas, TX, Wardell Dunlap, Jamar Fraction and Deneka (Trinell) Lewis of Jonesboro, AR and K-Torri Dunlap; 3 grandsons; Emmanuel Holmes Jr., Elijah Henderson, and Ace Lang, a special aunt; Joyce Watson of Elaine, AR, a special niece who she took in as a sister, Andrea Jackson and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
