Visitation will be held Friday, June 2, 2023 at Jackson - Highley Funeral Home, West Helena Arkansas from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, June 3, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Phillips, Lee, Monroe and Desha District Center, Helena Crossing, Helena Arkansas. Interment will follow immediately at First Baptist Cemetery, Elaine Arkansas. We will follow CDC guidelines: mask, hand sanitizer, and the social distance standard of 6ft apart. Ms. Brown's service may be viewed live through ZOOM.

Rosemary Rebecca Brown was born October 21, 1951 to the late Isiah and Ollie Brown in Lambrook, Arkansas. She departed this earthly life on May 16, 2023 at 411 Parker Avenue, Elaine Arkansas surrounded by her loving family.
Rosemary confessed a hope in Christ at an early age. She joined Brooks Chapel Church, Lambrook Arkansas.
Rosemary attended and graduated from Elaine High School, Elaine Arkansas in 1970. She continued her education at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, Pine Bluff Arkansas, and later at Arkansas State University, Jonesboro Arkansas.
Rosemary was an educator. She worked for several years in the Helena-West Helena School District in many capacities.
Rosemary is preceded in death by her parents and three brothers.
Rosemary leaves to cherish her memories a son; Shana Brown, Sr. of Lexa AR, a brother; Roy Lee Brown of Bellwood IL, a sister; Mary Ester Brown of Elaine AR, two grandchildren; Shane Brown, Jr., Kennedy Miller, and a host of relatives, friends, students, former students, co-workers, and administrators.
