Kimyata Javon Lofton Randall was born November 2, 1975 to the late Walter and Dorothy Lofton at Helena Hospital, Helena Arkansas. Kimyata accepted Christ as her personal Savior at an early age at Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church, Helena Arkansas under the leadership of Reverend A.L. Woodson.

Kimyata united in Holy Matrimony to her pride and joy, Issac Randall September 13, 2003. To this union no children were born but they became loving foster parents to Niesha Willis in which they eventually adopted. Their family grew with the birth of their beautiful granddaughter Parsley. Kimyata’s mothering love extended to her nephew Drekerious, “Binky” as she affectionately named him. He would proudly answer her call. In later years another nephew/son Jabari was born. Both were loved as her own. She was a loving wife, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend.

Kimyata had a special relationship with Jabari through music. She would not let a morning go by without checking on him. She would call just to hear his music in the background, this was Jabari’s way of letting her know he was OK. Issac was not excluded from their ritual, he was right there listening to Jabari’s music understanding this form of love and communication.

Kimyata received her formal education within the Helena-West Helena School District, Helena Arkansas. She was proud graduate of Central High School Class of 1994. She went on to complete her bachelor’s degree.

Kimyata was not a stranger to the workforce. She specialized in the field of Human Resource Management securing various employment positions with; Isle of Capri, Sam’s Town, and East Arkansas Regional Unit until her health declined.
