I thought so highly of Charlene. She had a profound impact on my life. She took me to my first college campus in State and talked to a group of us as young women about college and what we could achieve. She taught us how to think of ourselves as young women and what we needed to do to take care of ourselves. I’ve never forgotten her lessons. To John and the rest of the family, I too loved and respected your mom. May she forever rest in peace and may you find peace in your memories of her. I also loved her sweet and gentle smile. What a wonderful person she was.
