Ms. Loretta Harris was born April 28, 1944 in Marianna, Arkansas to the late Will Harris and Rosetta Davis. At a young age, she moved to Helena, Arkansas where she was raised and received her formal education within the Helena School District. It was there that she developed lifelong friendships and the strong values of faith, perseverance, and love for family.

Loretta accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age and developed a personal relationship with him that remained the foundation of her life. She loved the Lord wholeheartedly and sought to honor Him through her words, actions, and service to others even in the declining of her health.

She was a true servant. She was known for her kind giving spirit and compassionate heart. She was a faithful and devoted member of her church, Faith Outreach where she worshipped, prayed, and faithfully supported the work of the ministry. She served the ministry with unwavering faithfulness until her health no longer allowed her to do so. She touched the lives of many through her love, wisdom, and selfless devotion to her family and friends.

She leaves to cherish her precious memory two loving daughters; Brenda (Ben) Hardy of Orlando FL, Lynda (Billy Clyde) Flowers of West Helena AR, seven beloved grandchildren; Queena Thompson, Tamuel Cowart, Julius Gamble, Dedrick Hardy, Diondra Edwards, Jaleesa (Cameron) Riley, Anterika Flowers, twenty-two cherished great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, one loving brother; Robert L. (Zetta) Davis of Atlanta GA, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many dear friends.

Ms. Harris was preceded in death by her beloved grandson; Demedrick Hardy, her parents; Will Harris and Rosetta Davis, two siblings; Essie Mae Davis and Julius Davis.
