Visitation will be held Friday, February 13, 2026 at Jackson - Highley Funeral Home Chapel, 126 Panama Road, West Helena Arkansas from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 14, 2026 at Jackson - Highley Funeral Home Chapel, 126 Panama Road, West Helena Arkansas at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow immediately at Jackson Memorial Cemetery, Lexa Arkansas. Mr. Evans service may be viewed live through ZOOM.
