Our beloved Willie Denson was born January 12, 1955 to James Ford and Freddie Brown in Jackson, Mississippi. He departed this earthly life May 22, 2020 at Baptist – East Memorial Hospital, Memphis Tennessee.

Affectionately known as “Red,” he received his formal education within the Helena – West Helena School District, Helena Arkansas.

Willie worked various jobs. He mainly worked as a craftsman until his disability reached a point of not allowing him to pursue his craft.

Willie is preceded in death by his father; James Ford, mother; Freddie Brown, and a brother: Bobbie Douglas.

Willie leaves to cherish his memories a stepmother; Cleinix Ford of West Helena AR, sisters; Patricia North, Ann (Russell) Smith, Amber Young, Magnolia Ford, Sheena Ford all of Helena-West Helena AR, brothers; James Ford, Jr., David Donald, Demarcus Young all of Helena-West Helena AR; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
