Lee Henry Starks, affectionately known as Uncle Lee was born September 2, 1939 to the late Henry and Louisia Starks in Powell, Mississippi. Uncle Lee was blessed with 81 years of this earthly life. He received his wings, Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at 12:45 a.m., peacefully in his sleep at Forrest City Medical Center, Forrest City, Arkansas.

Uncle Lee accepted Christ as his personal savior at an early age in Lakeview, Arkansas. He later relocated to the West Helena, Arkansas area where he was employed by the Cunningham Corporation, retiring after 35 years of dedicated service.

For years Uncle Lee lived with his only sister, Mary L. Steel. After her passing, he found a home with his niece; Mary and her husband; Robert. There Uncle Lee was provided care from them as well as the healthcare agency until his death.

Uncle Lee leaves to cherish his memories; Mary (Robert) Martin, a special nephew/caregiver; Malcolm AKA “Partner in Crime,” a special friend; Joe Tom Cunningham, and a host of relatives and friends.
