Celebration of life for Tracy Kelly will be held Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at the P.L.M. & D. District Center, Helena Crossing Arkansas. Reverend Reggie Rose will officiate. Visitation will be held Friday, January 19, 2018 at Jackson – Highley Funeral Home Chapel, West Helena Arkansas from 4 – 6 P.M. Interment will follow immediately at Morning Star Cemetery, Elaine Arkansas.

Tracy Undra Kelly, the second of four children was born on May 16, 1974 to Henry and Kelly in Elaine, Arkansas.
Tracy education endeavors were completed at C.V. White High School, Lakeview High School.
Tracy’s favorite passion was providing for his family as well as exemplifying his culinary skills. He savored each opportunity that family would come together for catered dishes perfected especially by him.
Over 20 years ago, Tracy met and fell in love with the love of his life Sandra Rose. Because of their love for each other, they later married.
Tracy was employed with Bartlo Packaging Incorporated as a Production Supervisor.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, a mother-in-law and a grandmother-in-law.
To mourn his passing: Tracy leaves a loving and devoted wife; Sandra, his parents; Henry and Joyce Kelly, children; Jatoria, Demario, Tatiyan and Tyler, brothers; Laderek and Kendrick, sister; Arico, aunts, uncles, sister-in-laws, brother-in-law, one friend and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and associates.
