Visitation will be held Friday, August 28, 2026 at Jackson - Highley Funeral Home, 126 Panama Road, West Helena Arkansas from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Funeral service will promptly begin at 11:00 a.m. at Jackson - Highley Funeral Home Chapel, West Helena Arkansas, Friday, August 28, 2026. Interment will follow immediately at Jackson Memorial Cemetery, Lexa Arkansas.

Van Taylor was born March 2, 1958 in Wynne, Arkansas to Zeartus Taylor. He is preceded in death by his mother.

Van departed this life on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at Saint Francis Hospital in Germantown, Tennessee.

Van was a member of Devine Deliverance Christian Ministries under the leadership of Dr. Andrew Gibson. He attended Phillips County Developmental Center – Adult Training Program Until his health started falling.

Van enjoyed fishing, riding his bike, listening to music, and spending time with his friends. Van and his affectionate smile will truly be missed by all who knew him.
