Arthur Lee Eaton was born on July 27, 1983 to Leotis Coleman, Sr. and Flora Mae Eaton Coleman. He departed this life on May 19, 2026, in Mayfield, Kentucky.

Arthur accepted Christ at an early age at the Twin City Church of Christ in West Helena, Arkansas.

He received his formal education within the Helena-West Helena School District but did not complete his high school journey with the Central High School Class of 2002. He later decided to continue his education, and enrolled in a General Education Development Program; completing the requirements to obtained his GED.

Arthur affectionately called “Dobey” was known for his big smile and his continuous jokes. There was never a dull moment when he was around. Dobey had a good heart and was one who loved his family, especially his son, Kariee.

Arthur is preceded in death by his grandparents; Lula Mae Anderson, Luvenia Eaton, Horace Eaton, Sr., Cornelious Coleman, and one brother; Leotis Coleman, Jr.

Arthur leaves to cherish is loving memories his son; Za’Kariee Lee Jones of Mayfield KY, mother; Flora Mae Coleman of Helena – West Helena AR, father; Leotis Coleman, Sr. (Viola Burgess) of Hughes AR, seven brothers; Theodis Coleman, Charles Eaton (Jessica Ballard), Lester Eaton, Michael (Tiffany) Eaton, Carl Hubbard, Jr. all of Helena – West Helena AR, Fredrick (Iesha) Coleman, Sr. of Lakeview AR, Anthony (Tierra) Coleman of Jacksonville AR, ten sisters; Patricia (Carlos) Harmon of Helena – West Helena AR, Sharon (Cleven) Qualls of Clarksdale MS, Linda (James) Day of Stuttgart AR, Felecia Coleman, Mary Nero (Hakeam) Williams, Carrie Coleman, Amy Coleman, Teresa Coleman (Roosevelt Bridgett, III), Lakeisha Coleman, Kyreesha Hubbard all of Helena – West Helena AR, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
