Visitation will be held Friday, January 4, 2019 at Jackson - Highley Funeral Home Chapel, West Helena Arkansas from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, January 5, 2019 at True Vine Missionary Baptist Church, West Helena Arkansas at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow immediately at Sunset Memorial Cemetery, Barton Arkansas.
Fall was the season and the 23rd day of October 1938 in Phillips County, Lexa Arkansas was the time Sidney Randle was born to Frank Randle and Clara Kale Randle.
Sidney confessed his faith in Christ at an early age at True Vine Missionary Baptist Church. He was united in matrimony to Dorothy Handley and to that union two (2) children were born Sidney Randle, Jr. and Kevin Randle. On January 4, 2007 Sidney married Pearlie Shields, not only did he gain a devoted, loving wife but he also gained three (3) wonderful children; Tosha Bell, Jeffery Jefferson, and Jason Johnson.
He was a 1957 graduate of Eliza Miller High School. He attended MI College in Holly Springs, Mississippi. Sidney was employed at Mohawk Company for 20 plus years and retired from Cunningham Butane Gas Company.
Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at 12:45 a.m. at his home, a life came to a close. He leaves to cherish his memories: a devoted and loving wife; Pearlie S. Randle, three (3) sons; Sidney Randle, Jr. of West Helena AR, Kevin (Sheyle) Randle of Houston TX, Darryl Randle of Los Angeles CA, three (3) stepchildren; Tosha Bell of Atlanta GA, Jeffrey Jefferson of Memphis TN, and Jason Johnson of West Helena AR, six (6) grandchildren; Raymond (Michaelia) Randle of Houston TX, Christopher Randle of Little Rock AR, Sidnedrian Randle of Oakland CA, Lashaundra Carter of Horn Lake MS, Scott Randle of CA and Deanna Randle of CA, one sister; Erma T. Jackson of West Helena AR, the Davis, Perry and Price families and a host of relatives and friends.
