Visitation will be held Friday, March 13, 2026 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 2064 West Highway 49, West Helena Arkansas from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 2064 West Highway 49, West Helena Arkansas. Interment will follow immediately at Jackson Memorial Cemetery, Lexa Arkansas.

Edna Lee Turner was born March 9, 1956 to Dorothy Jean Tyson – Williams and Willie Williams in Helena, Arkansas. Edna was a graduate of Central High School in Helena, Arkansas. Edna had three children from previous marriages. While serving in the military, she traveled around the world, but yet was led home where she carefully began searching and studying God’s word. Edna symbolized her dedication to Jehovah December 18, 1995. While diligently serving as a publisher of the good news of God’s Kingdom, she met her husband, Doris Turner a fellow publisher. They married in 1997 and finished raising four children. In 2022, they adopted a child making a total of five children. Edna and Doris Turner enjoyed publishing the good news about God and his kingdom, they enjoyed each other, and raising their children for almost 29 wonderful years. Despite trying health concerns and working full-time for Phillips County Housing Agency she served Jehovah faithfully until her death.

Edna was preceded in death by her parents, brother; Curtis L. Williams and a sister; Sagerna Vernon.

Edna is truly loved and will be forever missed. She leaves to cherish her memories, five children; Neffa Witt of Hinesville GA, Terrence Mitchell of Helena AR, Demario Turner of Converse TX, Mikki Knighton of Helena AR, Kaylie Turner of Helena AR. She also will be cherished by three grandchildren; Jocelyn, Mckenzie, Baylen, two great grandchildren; Kyan Marc, A’Laina. Edna also leaves twelve siblings; Peggy Tyson, Alice Rowe, William Smiley, Monica Wilkins, Phyliss Githrie, Penny Miles, Michelle Meredith, Tracy Williams, Robin Braden, Darryl Williams, Stephanie Nycamp, James Emerson along with a host of nieces and nephews.
