Interment will be held immediately at Jackson Memorial Cemetery, Lexa Arkansas.

Linda Faye Clash was born February 17, 1965 to the late Willie and Mercie Clash, Sr. in Ratio, Arkansas. She transitioned from this earthly life receiving her heavenly reward December 19, 2025 in Conway, Arkansas surrounded by her loving family.

Linda accepted Christ as her personal Savior and was baptized at Gumwood Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Revered P. L. Perkins.

Linda received her formal education within the Elaine School District. She went on the further her education at Phillips County Community College, Helena Arkansas.

Linda had a genuine love for working with preschool and kindergarten children. She was employed with the Helena-West Helena School District as a paraprofessional for fifteen years, a job she truly enjoyed.

Affectionately known as “Faye” her infectious laugh and kind spirit would highlight any social gathering. A quality that will always be remembered.

Faye’s favorite pastime was fishing. This was definitely dear to her heart, she made many memories and felt most at ease on a fishing bank. She sincerely cherished time spent with her beloved grandbabies and other family members.

Faye is preceded in death by her parents; Willie and Mercie Clash, Sr., siblings; Robert “Button” Clash, Sr. (Debra), Willie “Red” Clash, Jr., Shirley Clash, Carolyn “Coot” Clash, and Nancy Clash.

Faye leaves to cherish her memories her children; Cary (Sarah) Washington, Jr., of Conway AR, Malik White of Fort Worth TX, MarQuis Walker of Conway AR, siblings; Roy (Sandra “Kay”) Clash of Lexa AR, Freddie (Linda) Clash of Clarksdale MS, brothers-in-law; Anthony Austin of Chicago IL, Jerry Harper of Helena AR, sisters-in-law; Gloria Clash of Memphis TN, Anita Clash of Little Rock AR, one aunt; Clovia Clash – Lee of Chicago IL, grandchildren; Carson Washington, Graysen Washington and a host of many beloved nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
