Visitation will be held Saturday, August 2, 2025 at First Missionary Baptist Church, 125 North Coanza Street, West Helena Arkansas from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Funeral Service will promptly begin at 11:00 a.m. at First Missionary Baptist Church, 125 North Coanza Street, West Helena Arkansas. Interment will follow immediately at Springlake Cemetery, Lexa AR.
Demetriss Lashun Vincent was born February 24, 1979 in Helena, Arkansas to the late C.W. and Stella Roberson Vincent. He transitioned from this earthly life to receive his heavenly reward July 15, 2025 in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
Demetriss accepted Christ as his personal Savior and remained a Godfearing man until his passing.
Demetriss was a loving and devoted husband, father, brother, uncle and friend. Demetriss was also a proud member of the Central High School Class of 1998.
Demetriss is preceded in death by his parents; C.W. and Stella Vincent, a sister; Barbara Vincent, three brothers; James Vincent, Kenneth Vincent, Kevin Vincent, and a brother-in-law; Tyler Sheard, Sr.
Demetriss loved listening to music and spending time with his family and friends. His presence will truly be missed.
Demetriss leaves to cherish his loving memory his wife; Beverly Vincent, a daughter; Zariyah Johnson of Horn Lake MS, siblings; Regina Vincent, Lamar Vincent, Antonio (Sheena) Vincent all of West Helena AR, mother-in-law; Glenda Sheard of West Helena AR, father-in-law; Henry (Johnnie) Green of West Helena AR, two sisters-in-law; LaCamra (Ja’Garrious) Stringer of West Helena AR, Shiwanda Sheard of Pine Bluff AR, two brothers-in-law; Jason (Dacia) Kemp of Spokane WA, Henry Green of Russellville AR, three aunts; Betty Simes, Dorothy Starks, Ethel B. Dunbar all of West Helena AR, two uncles; Willie B. (Beverly) Vincent of West Helena AR, L.C. (Bessie) Vincent of Chicago IL, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and other in-law’s whom loved him very much.
