Reshon Shardan Rogers was born January 26, 1994 to the late Verlyn Denise Rogers in West Helena, Arkansas. He transitioned from his earthly home to his eternal home with the Lord December 8, 2024, leaving a legacy of love and laughter. His affectious smile would light up any room he walked in. He received his formal education within the Helena – West Helena School District, graduating from Central High School Class of 2013.

Affectionately known as “BJ,” was a person of many talents. He enjoyed helping others in any capacity. He especially loved being around family, cooking, and playing sports. He had a protective spirit, and a deep love for his deceased mother, which he truly missed.

BJ brought joy to all that knew him. He was blessed to be a part of a large, blended family that he loved so dearly, and they loved him.

BJ is preceded in death by his loving mother; Verlyn Denise Rogers, maternal grandparents; Wilson and Olivia Rogers, Rollion and Maxie Key, fraternal grandfather; Aubrey Garner, Jr., sister; Kimberly Kirton and a brother; Ricky Sims.

Reshon memories will be carried forward by his mother and father; Shirley and Aubrey Garner, III of Helena – West Helena AR, five sisters; Francis (Arian) Calvin, Dawn Edmond both of Gastonia NC, Arkeriahe Jackson, Aubriuna Garner both of Helena – West Helena AR, Parece Pruitt of Jacksonville AR, six brothers; Andre Crawford, Jr., Cordarius Garner both of Helena – West Helena AR, Terrance Edmond, Shawn Edmond both of Gastonia NC, Aubrey Garner, IV of Jonesboro AR, Corvontist Garner of Conway AR, grandmother; Margie (Berl) Holbrook, God daughter; Kensly Willis of Jacksonville AR, a special friend; Shaquille Davis of Helena – West Helena AR, a host of God brothers, God sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
