Visitation will be held Sunday, October 20, 2024 at Phillips, Lee, Monroe, and Desha District Center, Helena Crossing, Helena Arkansas from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Funeral service will promptly begin at 11:00 a.m. at Phillips, Lee, Monroe, and Desha District Center, Helena Crossing, Helena Arkansas. Interment will follow immediately at Pillow Hill Cemetery, West Helena Arkansas.
Kenneth Liddell Williams was born on March 9, 1980, to Cleola Williams and the late Frank Williams. He confessed a hope in Christ at an early age at Mt. Gilliam A.M.E. Church.
Kent enlisted in the Army Reserve straight out of high school. He was stationed in Fort Jackson, South Carolina, Killeen, Texas, and El Salvador. He was honorably discharged after seven years.
Kent passed away peacefully on October 16, 2024, surrounded by family.
He leaves his mother, Cleola Williams. Five sisters, Karen (Cooper) Adell, Etta Thomas, Barbara (Perry) Clements, Annetta (James) Trice, Jackie (Dwayne) Houston, and one brother, Frank Williams. Aunts Leola Hall, Rubye Liddell, Dr. Wanda Liddell-Armstrong, Mary Forehand, and Rebecca Liddell. He leaves special cousins Nicole Hall and Omar Liddell and friends who is more like family, Odell Livingston and Vallese “Tank” Sanders along with a host of nieces, great-nieces, nephews, great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
