Lisa Williams of Temple, Texas passed from this life on Monday, September 16, 2024 at the age of 59.

Lisa was born on April 22, 1965 in Manhattan, New York to mother; Theresa Harris Russell and father; Bernard Gonzalez. Lisa was raised along with four siblings, sister; Kelly Payne Henderson, brother; Adam Russell and sister; Amanda Russell. Lisa is preceded in death by her brother; David Russell and her son; Michael Gonzalez Williams.

Lisa is survived by her son; David Williams, daughter; Danielle Williams, and beloved husband; Johnny Williams. She also leaves behind siblings, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.

Lisa spent her younger years in Denver, Colorado and Los Angeles, California. While in California Lisa met Johnny “Honies” Williams and soon relocated to what became their home in West Helena, Arkansas where they raised their family relocating to Temple, Texas in 2011.

Lisa loved fishing, traveling, and her absolute favorite thing was to spend time with her family and friends. Lisa was warm, welcoming, crazy, funny, and an all-around good time. But let’s not forget she was fierce, strong, and mean as a Texas rattler, if need be but we loved all parts of our Lisa.

We are so grateful for the time we were able to spend with her and we will cherish these times for all our remaining days.

Lisa was not just someone you knew she was an “Experience.” Let the “Experience of Lisa” remain with all of us and keep Lisa’s Spirit alive and well.
