There will not be a visitation. Graveside service will be held Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 12:00 noon at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Trenton Arkansas. We will follow CDC guidelines: mask, hand sanitizer, and the social distance standard of 6ft apart.
Cleo Kendall, 87, of Poplar Grove Arkansas, passed away on Monday, April 8, 2024.
Cleo was born on April 12, 1936 to Netty William-King and Olie King, and was raised by his beloved stepfather, Mr. Kendall.
Cleo was united in Holy Matrimony to Gloria Dean Kendall. To this union, his daughter, Betty, was “the apple of his eye.”
Cleo was a provider and hard worker for his family. He worked various jobs, but retired from Riceland Foods, Inc. He also owned/managed a pig farm until his demise.
Cleo was preceded in death by his parents, his wife; Gloria Dean Kendall, a sister; Olie Mae Kendall – Glass, and a daughter; Betty Kendall Mackey.
Cleo leaves to cherish his loving memories a precious grandson; Kendrick (Cortnay) Allen Gray of Roy WA, his two pet dogs who he cared for daily, a niece; Shirley Glass-Dishmon, a nephew; Calvin (Vira) Glass of Little Rock AR, and many cousins and friends.
