Visitation will be held Friday, December 29, 2023 at Jackson - Highley Funeral Home Chapel, West Helena Arkansas from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Non-traditional service/visitation will be held Saturday, December 30, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Phillips, Lee, Monroe, and Desha District Center, Helena Crossing, Helena Arkansas. Interment will follow immediately at Jackson Memorial Cemetery, Lexa Arkansas. Repast will be held at Phillips, Lee, Monroe, and Desha District Center, Helena Crossing, Helena Arkansas immediately following the interment. We will follow CDC guidelines:  mask, hand sanitizer, and the social distance standard of 6ft apart.

Floyd Earl Miller, affectionally known as “Tut”, was born December 21, 1960 to the late Johnny and Leandrew Miller of Helena, Arkansas.

Floyd passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2023. at UAMS Hospital, Little Rock.

Floyd was a quiet and humble man, he was also a very creative and fun-loving guy who had lots of friends. 

He attended Helena Crossing Elementary and Eliza Miller High Schools

Floyd currently worked at Doughboy Inc., along with various other jobs throughout the county.   He was a devoted father and grandfather to his daughter, son, and grandchildren.

Floyd leaves to mourn his special friend/wife; Dorothy Arnette of Helena AR, one daughter; Adrienne Miller of Helena-West Helena AR, one son; Jeffrey Miller of Helena AR, four grandchildren; Corey Moore, Brian Miller, Jermaine Williams, Alexandia Williams of Helena-West Helena AR, two brothers; Bobby Miller of Park Forest IL, Calvin “Shakey” Miller (Helen) of Helena-West Helena AR, one sister; Linda Straw (Larry) of Little Rock AR, and he also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and good buddies, too many to name…

Floyd is preceded in death by six brothers; Johnny Miller, Jr., J.W. Miller, Percy Miller, Lee Henry Miller, Robert Miller, Walter Miller, and three sisters; Glenora Miller, Lillie Mae Moore, and Dianne Taylor.
