Visitation will be held Friday, September 22, 2023 at Jackson - Highley Funeral Home Chapel, West Helena AR from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held Saturday, September 23, 2023 at 12:00 noon at Springlake Missionary Baptist Church, Lexa Arkansas. Interment will follow immediately at Billingsley Cemetery, Lexa Arkansas. We will follow CDC guidelines: mask, hand sanitizer, and the social distance standard of 6ft apart. Mr. Billingsley's service may be viewed live through ZOOM.

David Lee Billingsley was born August 6, 1947 to the late Johnny and Mary Billingsley in the Southland Community, Arkansas. He departed this earthly life September 14, 2023 at Baptist Health Medical Center, North Little Rock, Arkansas.
Affectionately known as “Dave,” accepted Christ as personal Savior at an early age. Under the leadership of Reverend Malcom Curne, he attended Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church, Lexa Arkansas.
Dave received his formal education within the Southland Community School System, Lexa Arkansas. He later entered the workforce at the West Helena Water Company, West Helena Arkansas. Continuing with Jumper and Ford Well Service as an Agriculture Technician until his retirement.
Dave was united in holy matrimony to Patsy Lewis – Billingsley. To this union two children were born, and a family was blended.
Dave is preceded in death by his parents; Johnny and Mary Billingsley, siblings; Maude Wingfield, Lucille Scott, Sarah Brown, children; Shelia Billingsley Jacobs, Sammy Pruitt, grandchildren; Chanique Shipp, Erica McMickle, and Sammy Pruitt, Jr.
Dave leaves to cherish his devoted wife; Patsy Billingsley, children; Jennifer (Hedgemond) Hilton of Pine Bluff AR, David (Shenese) Billingsley of Oklahoma City OK, Angela Billingsley, Demarcus Billingsley both of West Helena AR, Keona Billingsley – Henderson of Pine Bluff AR, Darius Billingsley, Sr. of Fort Worth TX, Michael Pruitt, Cindy Smith both of West Helena AR, siblings; Ovell (Josephine) Scott, Mary (James) Wright, thirty two grandchildren, thirty five great grandchildren, a special friend; Chester Brantley of ST. Louis MO, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
