Visitation will be held Friday, July 7, 2023 at Jackson - Highley Funeral Home Chapel,126 Panama Road, West Helena AR from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held Saturday, July 8, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at First Missionary Baptist Church, 125 North Coanza, West Helena Arkansas. Interment will follow immediately at Jackson Memorial Cemetery, Lexa Arkansas. We will follow CDC guidelines: mask, hand sanitizer, and the social distance standard of 6ft apart. Mrs. Yarber's service may be viewed live through ZOOM.

Latondra Renee’ Chatman Yarber was born January 5, 1982 at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina to the late Samuel Chatman, Jr. and Eddie Mae Holden. She departed this earthly life June 25, 2023 in Memphis, Tennessee.
Affectionately known as “Tonnie,” she accepted Christ as her personal Savior at an early age under the leadership of Moderator Arthur Hughes at Greater First Missionary Baptist Church, West Helena Arkansas.
Tonnie received her formal education within the Helena – West Helena Public School District. She later pursued a career as a Commercial Truck Driver. She drove 18 Wheelers for twenty-four years. She possessed a heart of gold and was loved by many especially her coworkers.
Tonnie was united in Holy Matrimony to Terry Yarber, Jr. To this union no children were born.
Tonnie was preceded in death by her father; Samuel Chatman, Jr., maternal grandparents; Eddie and Catherine Williams, paternal grandparents; Levannah Redmond and Samuel Chatman, Sr.
Tonnie leaves to cherish her memory her husband; Terry Yarber, Jr., mother; Eddie Mae (Baker) Holden of West Helena AR, three sisters; Tamika Carruth of Little Rock AR, Naporsha Chatman Mitchell of Memphis TN, Shereese Chatman Tillman of West Helena AR, one brother; Christopher Bowers, special aunts; Elizabeth (Jessie) Woodfaulk, Barbara Ann (Dan) Stewart, Patricia (Anthony) Wainwright, special uncles; Gene (Tresse) Williams, Cardell (Regina) Williams, David (Francis) Williams, one uncle; Edwin Redmond, mother-in-law; Maria Upshaw, father-in-law; Terry Yarber, Sr., sisters-in-law; Curtisa Tucker, Terrica Yarber, Jerion Lawson, Lelocia Lawson all of Memphis TN, two brothers-in-law; Melek Lacey, Carlos Lacey both of Memphis TN, three special nieces; Zykea Armstrong, Erika Miles, Egypt Miles all of West Helena AR, a special Goddaughter; Jeanetta Renee’ Green and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
