Visitation will be held Friday, May 7, 2021 at Jackson - Highley Funeral Home Chapel, West Helena Arkansas from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Funeral Service will held Saturday, May 8, 2021 at P.L.M. & D. District Center, Helena Crossing, Helena, Arkansas at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow immediately at Jackson Memorial Cemetery, Lexa Arkansas. We will follow CDC guidelines:  mask, hand sanitizer, temperature checks, and the social distance standard of 6ft apart. Mr. Cheatham's service may be viewed live through ZOOM. Gary Allen Cheatham, Jr. was born November 29, 1992 to Gary and Diane Cheatham, Sr. in Helena – West Helena, Arkansas. He went home to be with the Lord April 27, 2021.

At an early age, Gary accepted Christ as his personal Savior. He was baptized at Jackson Chapel, Lexa Arkansas. Throughout the years he developed a strong belief in God in which he acquired a vast knowledge of the Holy Bible during his studies.

Gary worked multiple jobs. He was a talented tattoo artist and a skilled barber. He was always on the move. One might consider him as a lively person; he mange to keep a smile on everyone’s face.

Gary is preceded in death by his great grandfather; Willie C. Cheatam, grandfather; Reverend Eddie Spencer, great uncle; Benart Cheatam, great aunt; Willie Mae Waldon, two cousins; Albert “Pooh” Spencer, Jr., and Fanta Marie Phillips.

Gary leaves to cherish his memories the mother of his children; Latondria Powers of Southaven MS, five children whom he loved dearly; Toryanna, Akeria, Torrance, Ariana, Simaj all of Southaven MS, his parents; Gary and Diane Cheatham, Sr. of Horn Lake MS, great grandmother; Cleinix Cheatam of West Helena AR, grandmothers; Lois Parker of Little Rock AR, Bernice Spencer of West Helena AR, step grandmother; Dorothy Spencer of West Helena AR, six siblings; Juwone Cheatham, DeShun Cheatham both of Horn Lake MS, Nakia Cheatham of Clarksdale MS, Cortavious Washington, Shamyah Cheatham, Skylar Cheatham all of Horn Lake MS and a host of family and friends.

Gary will truly be missed. We will always cherish our memories with him. We Love You!
