Visitation will be held Friday, February 5, 2021 at Jackson - Highley Funeral Home Chapel, West Helena Arkansas from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, February 6, 2021 at the P.L.M. & D. District Center, Helena Arkansas at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow immediately at Magnolia Cemetery, Helena Arkansas. Due to our Federal and State COVID-19 guidelines: Due to our Federal and State COVID-19 guidelines: during the Visitation - we will only allow individuals to view 10 at a time. Funeral Service - Please allow time and patience for COVID-19 entry process to include: mask, hand sanitizer, temperature checks, and sign-in roster with name and phone number. We will admit 100 individuals with the proper wristband.  At the Cemetery - we will abide by the social distance standard of 6ft apart. Ms. Fair's service may be viewed live through ZOOM. Queen Esther Fair was born March 27, 1952 to the late Mr. Bee and Mrs. Abrila Fair in Helena, Arkansas.  On January 24, 2021, she departed this earthly life at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Ms. Fair confessed a hope in Christ at an early age at St. Peter Missionary Baptist Church, Helena Crossing, Arkansas under the leadership of the late Reverend E.W. Washington. Queen worshipped at the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in St. Paul, Minnesota under the leadership of Reverend Steve Daniels until her health declined.

Ms. Fair was employed by Mississippi Limestone in Helena, Arkansas until she relocated to St. Paul, Minnesota. She acquired many close friendships that lasted throughout her life. Her favorite pastimes were attending church, singing and fishing.

Ms. Fair’s parents, seven brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.

Cherishing her memories are her biological daughter; Ruby Fair of St. Paul MN, granddaughter/honorary daughter; Latricia Foreman of St Paul MN, five nieces and four nephews she raised as her own; Doris Robinson of West Helena AR, Sandra Foreman of Cabot AR, Sylvia Foreman of St. Louis MO, Betty (Gene) Carter of Kansas City MO, Sherman Carter of West Helena AR, Alfred Fair of Lacrosse WI, Jerry Carter of WI, Milton (Shanta) Fair of Lafayette IN, Aaron (Antionette) Livingston of Ruston LA, her biological grandchildren; Ashaniti Fair, Arianna Williams, Nauticus Williams, Amariya Fair all of St. Paul MN, her great grandson; D’Arie, honorary grandchildren; DeSean Foreman, Kentrell Foreman, Arlyanna Sain, Tyrone Sain, Daveonte Davis all of St. Paul MN, honorary sisters; Ozzie Webster, Clarissa “Mae” Adams both of St. Paul MN, and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
