To the Williams family i was very sad to hear about about the passing of Mrs.Williams i first came to know her during the time she was teaching Special education at Helena Crossing School . she always carried that beautiful smile she was a beautiful person, Pleasant Joy Church would always put her on program to do tribute to women .she was on program to do tribute this year but unfortunately god went in his garden and picked a beautiful flower and called her home to rest.thank you Mrs.Williams for representing your Zeta Phi Beta chapter for the many beautiful years. I am deeply sorrowful for the lost of Jean to this earth, her family and friends. For she gave so much of her self to all that she touched. She served as the Arkansas State Director for Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated during 1986-1990 at which time, the state grew over 70%. She worked diligently for the State of Arkansas, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, City of West Helena-Arkansas, her family, local Zeta Chapter and family. We all grieve and are have tears in our hearts as well as our eyes. Rest well, Jean, we miss you
