Visitation will be held Friday, September 6, 2019 at First Power House Church of God in Christ, 310 Renee Street, West Helena Arkansas from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held Saturday, September 7, 2019 at Greater Power House Church of God in Christ, 531 Ladino Street, West Helena Arkansas at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow immediately at Jackson Memorial Cemetery, Lexa Arkansas.

Joyce, we are all aware that we're going to leave this earth, but that doesn't make the pain of losing you, so unexpectedly, any less painful. I offer my sincerest and most heartfelt condolences to your children, grandchildren, and siblings who will miss you most of all. As your cousin, I didn't see you very often. Praying for this family and the family of First Power House COGIC. She was truly a blessing not only in my life, but my family as well. The name they gave her was "FAMILY MEMBER." She was indeed a friend like no other so I don't say goodbye I just say like we always say "talk to you later chick." RIP ROAD DAWG! Love ya always Keisha Tate!
