Visitation will be held Friday, April 10, 2026 at Jackson - Highley Funeral Home Chapel, 126 Panama Road, West Helena Arkansas from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, April 11, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church, 139 Phillips Road 229, Lexa Arkansas. Interment will follow immediately at Jackson Memorial Cemetery, Lexa Arkansas. Ms. Banks service may be viewed live through ZOOM.

Vivian, I have known you forever. You and my mother have grown to be close friends over the years. It saddens me every time she talks about you. She truly misses you. Sending my heartfelt condolences, prayers and love to the entire family!!! If heaven had a phone I would call you just to say thank you for believing in my skills to style hair even though I didn’t believe in myself. You gave me my first job after I graduated from Cosmetology. You taught me a lot and you were more than a boss but my mentor, friend and big sister. RIL Vivian until we meet again in the Rapture!!!
