Visitation will be held Friday, February 13, 2026 at Jackson - Highley Funeral Home, 126 Panama Road, West Helena Arkansas from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, February 14, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Phillips, Lee, Monroe, and Desha District Center, Helena Crossing, Helena Arkansas. Interment will follow immediately at Salem Cemetery, Lakeview Arkansas.

Dwight you will be deeply missed. Thanking God for you, a true blessing from God to the Gathings - Rose family. Thanks for being a stand up Man, you took great care of our cuzns Pat and Khatia and we thank you. You brought joy and happiness to the entire family by the way you took care of our loved ones. May you rest in peace.

Father God, thank you for the life and legacy of Dwight Swanigan, who I called Uncle Dwight. I wish we had you with us longer but, I am thankful that you are resting in eternal peace. I know the Lord is saying, well done thy good and faithful servant. You are forever loved and sorely missed. ?? Comfort our hearts as we honor and celebrate your life.
