Visitation will be held Friday, January 10, 2025 at Jackson - Highley Funeral Home Chapel, West Helena Arkansas from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held Saturday, January 11, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Phillips, Lee, Monroe and Desha District Center, Helena Crossing, Helena Arkansas. Interment will follow immediately at Jackson Memorial Cemetery, Lexa Arkansas.

“Tobar may you Rest In Peace. I still can't believe that you're no longer here and everyday that I wake up I still feel like this is all a dream.
