Visitation will be held Friday, August 23, 2024 at Jackson - Highley Funeral Home Chapel, West Helena AR from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held Saturday, August 24, 2024 at 12:00 Noon at Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Trenton Arkansas. Interment will follow immediately at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Trenton Arkansas. We will follow CDC guidelines: mask, hand sanitizer, and the social distance standard of 6ft apart

My deepest sympathy to you and your family. I had the privilege of working with Doris for several years, both teaching first grade and at the PLMD district. Doris will be truly missed. She was always there to help with lesson plans and ensure the best for our students. Thank you for sharing her with the world.
