Visitation will be held Friday, December 29, 2023 at Jackson - Highley Funeral Home Chapel, West Helena Arkansas from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Non-traditional service/visitation will be held Saturday, December 30, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Phillips, Lee, Monroe, and Desha District Center, Helena Crossing, Helena Arkansas. Interment will follow immediately at Jackson Memorial Cemetery, Lexa Arkansas. Repast will be held at Phillips, Lee, Monroe, and Desha District Center, Helena Crossing, Helena Arkansas immediately following the interment. We will follow CDC guidelines:  mask, hand sanitizer, and the social distance standard of 6ft apart.

To the Miller Family you have my deepest sympathy at this difficult time. Floyd was a nice person I used to live across the street from him we all were neighbors for amany years, you will be missed it had been years since i saw floyd but i would always ask my brother about him. Shakey and Linda you had a good brother .take your rest Floyd.from the Speed Family and Sandra Tyler From Conway, Ark
