Visitation will be held Friday, October 20, 2023 at Jackson - Highley Funeral Home Chapel, West Helena Arkansas from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 12:00 noon at St. Matthews Missionary Baptist Church, 15537 Highway 49, Marvel Arkansas. Graveside Service/Interment will be held Sunday, October 22, 2023 at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 7403 Princeton Road, Pine Bluff Arkansas at 2:00 p.m. We will follow CDC guidelines:  mask, hand sanitizer, and the social distance standard of 6ft apart. Mrs. Arnold - Turner's service may be viewed live through ZOOM.
