Funeral Service will be held 12:00 noon, Thursday, December 30, 2021 at Jackson Highley Funeral Home Chapel, West Helena, Arkansas. Interment will follow immediately at Casteel Cemetery, Forrest City Arkansas. We will follow CDC guidelines:  mask, hand sanitizer, and the social distance standard of 6ft apart.
