Latoria was affectionately known to her community as “T. Payne,” but she was known as Toya to her immediate family.

The T. Payne side of Latoria was cool, outgoing, fashionable, diva oriented, a self-employed hustler (that means she was determined to succeed; a go-getter to help support her family.

The Toya side of Latoria was centered around family and acceptance. She loved her family and strived to give the things she could to show that she cared. Although misunderstood by some and questionable by others, she was directed to maintain her showmanship by helping her community and her family.

Her journey was tested and tried, but she stood the test. She had some battles, and until you’ve been in her shoes, don’t judge.

God loved Latoria and he knew the spirit side as well as the human side. There is a scripture that says in Roman 9:18-20 “So God shows mercy to those he want so show mercy to and makes stubborn those he wants to make stubborn.” So God has the final say.

Latoria leaves to cherish her children; A’Zarrica Jackson, Akayli Jackson, and Keyston Harris, best friend/her sister; Latilya Payne, mother; Vivian Henry, father; Malcom Payne, sisters; Terinie Williams, Adriana (Jackson) Sifford, Mel Payne, Jocely Hardenson; brothers; Courtreve Henry, C.J. Henry, Malcom Payne, Jr., Apaolo Payne, Aubrey Bell; a special aunt that she was named after Latoria “Sharelle” Payne, aunts, uncles, nieces, that she was surrounded her daily presence Armoni McMillion, Alaila Farmer and Ayaione Pickett; nephews that surrounded her daily presence Ajaylon Farmer and Major Reed; cousins and friends.
